CHECK FOR THE DATE OF YOUR SMSF TRUST DEED
1. All trust deeds must be signed and dated to be valid.
You can find the date your SMSF deed was dated on the execution
page – generally found at the end of the deed.
2. Some deeds have a schedule at the end with the SMSF details
and the date of establishment
3. If your original deed has been amended, the date of variation is
the latest date for your deed, and you can also find the date on
the execution page.
